Important Battles in Indian History

This is the first post on the topic Indian History. We know that history is an indispensable topic in written examinations of Govt. jobs like UPSC, SSC CGL and various others like IBPS etc. In this post, I shall list some important wars in the history of India along with their dates and the empires involved so that students can memorize easily by having a glance.

The Constitution of India has 448 articles in 25 parts . Apart from the articles, there are twelve schedules and five appendices . At the time of commencement , the constitution had 395 articles and 8 schedules . Article is the smallest unit. Numbers are assigned to articles.  Schedules are addendum at the end of the Constitution that may further add to the associated article or describe that particular article.
