Here I list some not so common English words for verbal reasoning part of the various Govt job exams such as IBPS Clerical cadre, IBPS PO, SBI PO, SBI Clerical Cadre, SSC CGL etc. The words are listed along with their meanings.

1. Arcane --- Difficult to understand, mysterious

2. Abeyance --- Suspension

3. Enervate --- Weaken

4. Insidious --- Harmful

5. Craven --- Cowardly

6. Obdurate ---- Stubborn

7. Misanthropic --- Unsociable

8. Gullible --- Credulous

9. Countenance --- Support

10. Apocryphal --- A statement of doubtful authenticity.

The Constitution of India has 448 articles in 25 parts . Apart from the articles, there are twelve schedules and five appendices . At the time of commencement , the constitution had 395 articles and 8 schedules . Article is the smallest unit.
